DTNF's Ind Immersion Programme
The effort is for bridging gap between academia, industry
DTNF's Ind Immersion Programme

Visakhapatnam: As India advances toward becoming the world’s third- largest economy, its greatest asset—its young workforce—faces a critical challenge: a widening skills gap. Despite having the largest youth population globally, the disconnect between academic curricula and industry needs threatens to slow economic progress.
A key contributor to this gap is the lack of collaboration between academia and industry. Outdated syllabi and limited industry exposure for faculty members leave students unprepared for real-world challenges. To address this, DeepTech Naipunya Foundation (DTNF) (a Section 8 company) on Friday launched the Industry Immersion Program, a pioneering initiative designed to empower educators with cutting-edge industry knowledge.
The program was inaugurated by Suresh Batha, Additional Director, Software Technology Parks of India (STP)I, in the presence of industry leaders: which included Sreedhar Kosaraju, Chairman, DeepTech Naipunya Foundation, Director, APDTI Network, RL Narayana, Location Leader, WN, Srihari, Director, Quant Systems, Director, DeepTech Naipunya Foundation, G Murali Krishna, Member of Leadership Council, Tech Mahindra.
The program consists of weekend boot camps, monthly sessions (Fridays/Saturdays) spanning 6–8 hours, led by industry experts from top IT companies, practical, expert-led training: Focus on in-demand skills like AI, API development, Analytics, cloud computing, quantum computing, and cybersecurity, zero cost fully free for faculty members and HoDs from engineering colleges.
During the inaugural session, a session on "Mastering API Development: Industry Practices," was held at Tech Mahindra Campus, with 50+ faculty members.
